LIFETIME INSTALLATION POLICY If we install our window covering products for you, we will provide Lifetime Service in your home, by our own installers, of all the products that we originally installed for you. You will not be charged a trip charge on any product repairs, under warranty or not. Your only cost would be for the repairs of any non-warranted products. This installation warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. Unlike some of our competitors who offer a "Five Year, No Questions Asked Warranty" with only one free trip to your home, we do not limit our service to a specific time frame or a limited number of service calls. We will come out to your home as often as required, at no cost to you, for as long as you own the window covering products you purchased from us. Customer Installed Products If you install the products yourself and need service in the future, we ask that you arrange to return the product to our shop for repair. If you prefer that we repair the product at your location we will charge you a trip charge to travel to your location. If we are unable to make the repairs at your location, we will remove the product and bring it to our shop for the necessary repairs. Once the repairs have been completed we will return and re-install the product for you. There will be an additional trip charge to deliver and install the repaired product.
