This movement of the cord releases spring tension in a slow, controlled manner and the bottom rail floats down.

	To stop the lowering at any point, just move the cord to the opposite angle.
	To raise the shade, simply pull on the cord using short strokes. Each time you pull, the cord retracts to its original length.
